Oats

Oats can be added while bathing to relieve skin itching. Oats have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that can be used to treat skin itching. Oats are the best solution to prevent itchy skin due to allergies.

Mix the oats in the bathwater. Then soak the body in water or a bathtub for 15 to 20 minutes. Oats can be rubbed gently on the itchy area. Applying it daily can reduce the itching of the skin.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is the best remedy for skin itching. It has anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties that can help prevent infections. It may also reduce itching. The presence of certain enzymes helps maintain the normal pH balance of the skin.

Add 1 cup of apple cider vinegar to the bathtub and soak for 15 minutes and then take a shower. Alternatively, you can take two parts of water with apple cider vinegar and soak the towel in it and wipe the affected skin. Doing this two or three times a day may help in reducing the itching of the skin.
