Ingredients Peanut  -1 cup Salt       - Required Coconut -2 spoons For seasoning Oil -  1 spoon Mustard  -1/2 spoon Bengal gram - 1/2 spoon Urad dhal-1/2 spoon Curry leaves - pinch Red chilly - 1 Method Soak peanut for an hour and drain. Heat a pan add oil and add all the ingredients that are given for seasoning one by one. Now add the drained peanuts salt and cook on a slow flame for a minute. Add coconut and the sundal is ready to serve.

Oats upma Ingredients Oats    - 1cup Onion  -1/2 cup Cut vegetables - 1/2 cup (carrot,beans ,peas) Mustard    -1/2 spoon Ginger              -1spoon Garlic               -1/2 spoon Green chillies Jeera    - 1/2 spoon Bengal gram -1/2 spoon Oil            - 2spoon Curry leaves Coriander Salt Water -300 ml Method Heat pan and dry roast oats for two minutes and collect it in a cup. Heat oil add mustard, Bengal gram, ginger, garlic, jeera , green chilies one by one in a medium flame. Now add onion and saute for a minute . Add water , vegetables, and salt and bring it to boil. Add oats and mix well and cook for 4 minutes. When it leaves the sides of the pan switch off the stove and add curry leaves and coriander leaves and serve it with chutney and sambar.

Ingredients Atta        -   1 cup Jaggery  -3/4 cup Coconut milk  -1/2 cup cardamom -1/4 spoon Oil or ghee - Little Salt  - A pinch Method Mix atta , jaggery, cardamom, coconut milk and salt with very little water and mix well till it becomes dosa batter consistency. Keep it aside for half an hour. After 30  minutes heat dosa tawa and prepare sweet dosa with very little oil or ghee.
