Benefits of coriander

Coriander has lots of health benefits. It is known for promoting digestion. Adding a teaspoon of coriander juice to fresh buttermilk is ideal for treating nausea , dysentery and  diarrhoea . - Coriander has  anti-inflammatory properties. Grind coriander seeds with water and  boil for a few minutes and drink the concoction. -Boil ten grams of coriander seeds with 3 cups of water, add little sugar and drink warm. It is also beneficial for ladies those suffering from a heavy menstrual flow.
