Cardio
To blast calories you need to break
a sweat. Zero size cannot be achieved without sweating out the excess flab. And
cardio exercises help you to boost the stamina, make you energetic and strong
to take up an even rigorous fitness regime. Jogging on the treadmill,
cross-trainer, jogging, swimming and skipping are the best forms of cardio
exercises. Treadmill gives a good exercise for the whole body and cross-trainers
helps to reduce hips and thighs. You may even go for the jogging option at a
gym; there are kinds of cycles, for thighs and the other for thighs and
stomach.
Diet
Gradually cut down on red meat,
fries, butter, cheese, ghee and junk food of every kind. Take a nice dose of
water depending on your body requirement. Coconut water and fresh juices
can also be taken post meals. Food intake should be half of your normal diet
and even then if you feel hungry take fruits. You can take small portions of
all kinds of food you generally eat, but avoid fries, butter and cheese.
