i daily exercise suryanamaskar beginning with the warm up exercises. its really very effective and also a sure shot traetment of several diseases. it keeps you fresh throughout the day and keeps you healthy, releases all the muscles. once you do suryanamaskar , there is no need for any stretching exercise to be done. it keeps you healthy, fit and fine. hence enjoy doing suryanamaskar as it keeps your body flexible enough.
